Millie’s Cocktails was started by Emily Shantery and Sarah Stocum in March 2024. They wanted to give the community that they love, North Collinwood, a full-service cocktail and dining experience. They quickly brought on the talented Chef Zack Bordner to develop a menu close to his Hungarian roots and full of nostalgia.

After operating as a pop-up for 2 years, they proudly opened their brick and mortar location in March, 2026.

You can expect thoughtfully curated specialty cocktails & mocktails, along with cocktail classics, a small beer & wine menu, and easily sharable comfort food.

Millie’s aims to be a welcoming space with a vintage accents which (hopefully) bring up warm memories of a Grandma’s basement bar: nothing too fancy, but so much heart that every day feels like an occasion to celebrate.
